NAPLAN 2025

Date: 12 - 24 March 2025
Time: 9:15 AM-3:15 PM
Location: 2 Harold Street Macquarie Fields, NSW 2564

Students in Years 7 and 9 will be completing NAPLAN testing. If a student misses one of the 4 tests due to being absent from school, they need to report to Miss Hannaford or Mrs Hegde to arrange a catch up session on their first day back at school. All students are encouraged to bring their own headphones with a standard 3.5mm jack. If students would like to practise NAPLAN style questions, ACARA has a NAPLAN demonstration site.

March P&C Meeting

Location: Principal's Meeting room and Online via TEAMS app

All Parents and Citizens of Macquarie Fields HS are cordially invited to the Annual General P&C meeting. Parents will hear reports from the school about projects in work, as well as reports from the P&C executive about projects to support the students of the school. Elections for the P&C executive for 2025-2026 will take place during this meeting. The P&C meeting is scheduled to occur both in person and via Microsoft TEAMS. Please install the Microsoft TEAMS app on your computer prior to the meeting. Parents and Citizens of Macquarie Fields High School will be sent a link for the meeting by email from the school on the day of the meeting. School Photos

Date: 26 March
Time: 9:00 AM-3:15 PM
Location: 2 Harold Street Macquarie Fields, NSW 2564

School Photos will be taken by Advanced Life Photography on Wednesday March 26. All students will have their photo taken for school records and to generate Student Identification cards for Years 7, 9, and 11. Familes who wish to order a photo may either order online using the school code TKT Y58 MB1 at www.advancedlife.com.au or via the ordering envelope that will be sent home to all families. Online photo ordering is now open until March 26. Families who prefer to use the envelopes, these are brought back to school on Photo day and handed directly to the Photographer. Sibling ordering envelopes are available from the school office and the school Library.
