  • The Year 12 Formal Assembly is being organised by Ms Fong, Ms Hegde and Mrs Trieu and will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 11.00am. The assembly will be held at ‘Wests Leagues Club’- 10 Old Leumeah Rd, Leumeah 2560.
  • All Year 12 students will attend Wests League Club at 9:45am on this day. Students will rehearse for their graduation during this time.
  • Parents/Carers of Year 12 students are invited to this function and are advised that they should be seated in the venue by 10:50am on this day. Doors will be opened for parents/carers at 10:45am.
  • Due to the large number of students in Year 12 a maximum of two tickets will be issued per student for parents/carers to attend. Students will need to register the names of each guest with Mrs Trieu by Friday September 16, 2022. Only parents/carers on this list will be permitted entry into Graduation.
  • All students must be in full school uniform including polished black shoes. Boys must wear long grey trousers. Shirts are to be tucked in. Girls wearing skirts are to wear black tights.
  • No student is to wear their Year 12 commemorative jacket as part of the uniform on this day.
  • Any student not wearing full school uniform including black polished shoes will not participate in the formal assembly but will be issued with their documents privately. Students will not be permitted to wear a signed shirt on the stage.
  • Year 12 students will be dismissed at the end of the assembly and can proceed home with their families. Bookings to restaurants etc. in the venue must be made privately through ‘Wests Leagues Club’.
