Year 7, 8, & 9 Parent Teacher Night

Parent / Teacher Night is an excellent opportunity for parents of students attending Macquarie Fields High School to meet and have discussions with teachers regarding the progress and achievements of their children. 

Parent / Teacher Night for Years 7 to 9 will be held on Thursday, August 22, between 4.00pm and 8. 30pm.

Macquarie Fields High School has adopted a more environmentally friendly and efficient process for booking interviews by integrating the use of the Sentral Parent Portal App and website https://macfields-h.sentral.com.au/portal

Sentral Parent Portal allows parents to log on and book interviews with the teachers of their children.

The process is quick and easy, and it only takes a few minutes to book up to 9 interviews.

Bookings opened Monday July 29 at 9am. Bookings close Thursday August 15 at 12 noon.

In order to make an appointment, you will need to access the Sentral Parent Portal. Access is via a family access key. Access keys were emailed and mailed to all parents and carers. If you do not have an access key, or need a new key, please contact the school on 9605 3111.

Remember, if you are unable to attend at a particular time or you are not available on 22 August, you can phone the school and organise another time or date for a face to face or phone interview. 

Information for Year 8 Parents/Carers ONLY- Year 9 Subject Expo and Year 8 into Year 9 Information Evening. 

As part of the evening a Year 8 into Year 9 Information evening will be held in the hall. This will commence at 6pm and conclude at 7:15pm. This information evening is important for students and their parents/carers as the following key areas are addressed:

• The Curriculum Model· Online process for Elective Choices
• Q&A Session
