These fabulous dancers will have a busy week ahead, performing at Pulse Alive on Friday 10th March. The event, which celebrates talented CAPA students will take place at the Ken Rosewall arena at Olympic Park. This is a wonderful large scale performing arts event.
These talented dancers are performing in the ‘Young Blood’ mass dance item and have been rehearsing in their own time before school and at lunch time. Thank you to Miss Shakespeare for her dedication to dance and her support of our MFHS dance ensemble.
What an amazing opportunity this will be for our students dancing in a live event in front of 4000 people. Thank you also to Miss Moore who is supporting our First Nations Dance Ensemble. This group is dancing to ‘My Island Home’. These students have also been learning their choreography in their own time. Rehearsing over and over, perfecting their technique, and building their performance skills.
We can’t wait to see our dancers out on the arena floor, dancing in the in the bright lights. Stay tuned for more photos next week.
