PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
Welcome back everyone. Thank you to Sokka, Babitha and Anna for volunteering for the Head Teacher panel. Anna will be the rep for the panel. Well done to William Lam for raising funds for Starlight Super Swim. He has pledged to swim 50 km in 30 days. If you would like to donate to William please visit https://superswim.org.au/william-lam. Jan’s farewell was very good, both the performances and the catering.

DP’S REPORT:
Heather - Year 9 has settled well. Some students changing electives. Year 12 Formal has been booked for 12th Nov. Out of Area Panel Round 1 21st May. Round 2 19th June, Round 3 by phone. Hitesh has agreed to be the rep for the panel. Thank you to Hitesh.
Luisa - Year 7 is transitioning well. Focus on standards of behavior outside class. Literacy & Numeracy using PLASST tool (Web based tool), to assist students requiring additional support. Year 10 focused on ROSA. Change in uniform. Lowes creating samples. Pictures shown of new designs.
Veronica – Year 8 & 11 are settled. Discussion on assessments and study skills. March 16 Foundations for Success. Minor changes to subject selections. Congratulatory letter sent home to students with apprenticeships. WH&S meeting; wear vests in the playground, furniture (double bench seats) for undercover near bus bay, internal inspections for WH&S, and supporting the GA.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
Corona Virus - Letters were sent out. Work was sent home for affected students. Staff have been checking on the wellbeing of families. Families were very co-operative.
Everyone agreed in principle to the wellbeing platform www.schooltv.me. Justin to obtain a quote for whole school access to teachers, parents and students.
